Due to unprecedented demand, Velmyra wine is only available to friends and a few chosen ones. The few chosen ones will be screened in a rigorous application process detailed below:

Step 1

Anyone with a serious interest will want to write a 1,000 word essay why (s)he shall be among the few chosen ones.

Step 2

Anyone passing the essay will have the opportunity to taste a Velmyra vintage considered ready for drinking, together with an inexpensive critter wine from Australia and a screamingly expensive Californian “cult” cabernet sauvignon. Only those who can identify the three wines correctly in a blind tasting will move forward to step 3.

Step 3

The final step to become one of the few chosen ones, is to accept that step 1 and step 2 will have to be repeated every year to ensure only the most deserving individuals are awarded with Velmyra wine.
